Course Description

Residents of Maryland must obtain a Handgun Qualification License (HQL) from the state, prior to purchasing/receiving/owning a handgun. This course satisfies the training requirement to apply for your Maryland HQL. Includes 4 hours of instruction and the live-fire exercise. -Fee includes course only. Any other fees or requirements associated with the application process, is the responsibility of the applicant. -A handgun and ammunition will be provided for the live-fire exercise. -All fees are non-refundable unless the class is canceled.
